Duplicate Purchases

International Digital Purchases

  1. Physical Product Returns

Physical products include printed coloring books, stickers, physical artwork, and other shipped products.

To qualify for a return, the product must remain:

• Undamaged

• Unmarked

• Unaltered

• In its original condition

• In its original packaging, when the packaging came with the product

Coloring books do not qualify for return when pages contain coloring, writing, bends, folds, tears, stains, moisture damage, missing pages, or other signs of use.

Stickers do not qualify for return after removal from their backing, application to another surface, cutting, bending, staining, or other use.
